My DS will probably be DQ. When DoDMERB asks for medical info, do they want it directly from physicians office, or is the candidate supposed to get it and send it in?

My son currently has 4 nominations. He is MD for something easily waiverable. Is there somewhere he can send his medical file? Someone he can contact to make himself known? What’s the best advice besides sit back and wait? He wants to be proactive and show he really wants this.

Hi! Recently I was disqualified from dodmerb due to two factors regarding my feet. The factors weren’t anything relating to flat feet or surgical records, more towards having a record of pain and an overuse injury in my foot. Remedial Timeliness Question
I received a request for additional medical information in the form of visit notes, x-ray analyses, etc. on 12/23/19. Our care provider is missing one of the appointment dates' notes due to a medical records storage system change. My son was diagnosed with asthma up until age 14. He had did the allergy shots for 4 or 5 years up until he was just shy of 13. We were told that because of this he would not need to take an inhaler puff daily so he just quit using the inhaler (his choice that I didn't know about until 6 months after). My DoDMERB portal has shown me as medically “Qualified” as of yesterday. However, I was reading the text below my letter posted on the page and it mentions that worse than 20/40 vision acuity is not eligible for the Naval Acadrmy. Is my optometrist exam included in the medical exam result because it was required as well, or is it a different portal in which I have to find out if I am qualified or not? Difficulty with pharmacy records request from military pharmacy (Express Scripts)
Has anyone had difficulty with receiving their pharmacy records from Express Scripts (military retired pharmacy)? DD made her initial request Nov. 19. Awaiting Receipt Of Remedial
Because I was pending disqualification, DODMERB had me complete AMIs and I turned them in. When I emailed them the person responded saying they got my AMIs and would forward them and that it should take 15 business days to process. That was back on the first day of November. When I check my Current Medical Status it says "Awaiting Receipt of Remedial". Does that mean they didn't receive what I sent? Should it be taking this long? What should I do? Do I email them again?

Medical Records Question
I have read on a couple threads about people getting medical records together. Do medical records need to be submitted? I have already had both of my exams, but I haven't been asked to submit medical records other than the DODMETS questionnaire. If they do need to be submitted, is this after the exams have been passed? Since I have moved so many times, it might take some time to get everything compiled and I want to get started as soon as possible if they are needed.

Requested waiver
I was disqualified for having avacular necrosis of my sesamoid bones in both feet. This has been going on for some time, but I was cleared last March and haven’t had pain since. I do more activities (indoor/outdoor and spring soccer and indoor/outdoor track) than I did when I had the pain before. USMA recently requested a waiver towards this condition. I was wondering if anyone has any input towards this condition and whether or not they think that avacular necrosis is waiverable or not...

My daughter just had a renal ultrasound as a remedial due to surgery she had on her kidney as a baby. She had a clean bill of health at 11 months and has not needed any follow-up since then. The ultrasound showed hydronephrosis on her right kidney even though she has ZERO symptoms.
