Awaiting Waiver Requested Remedial Response
Has anyone with this status received a waiver decision as of yet? I'm still confused as to what this means entirely but I sent in my orthopedic reports for my disqualification for a dislocated elbow even though they didn't ask for it, so hopefully that's the solution to this problem.

DoDMERB Status Update Unavailable
I passed all my physical exams and qualified months ago. My status was updated and there had been no problems. However, my NROTC unit is requesting a copy of my DoDMERB completed physical exam and qualification letter. I logged in and under "View My Status", all it said was "Qualified Restricted Line/Staff Corps Only" and I am unable to view any letter of acceptance or qualification... What does this mean/does anyone know of a way to view my actual status letter?

Adjustment disorder for prior active duty army?
I was seen at our local behavioral health clinic four years ago and was diagnosed by adjustment disorder. It showed from october to december. Will this get me disqualified? I finished my contract for active duty and got an honorable discharge and now in the Air national guard. I am applying for ROTC this spring to commision as a nurse.

Commission Qualified and Remedial
The DoDMERB examiner found a medical issue I didn't know I had. I check my status each day on DoDMERB website and yesterday, a letter was posted saying Additional Medical Information is needed and they are sending me to a Specialist. However, my Current Medical Status for the USAFA is "Commission Qualified." Does this make sense to anyone? I have both a Commission Qualified status and a Remedial from USAFA.

Physical while on "my days"?
I already scheduled my physical but I will be getting out of my period (on my fourth day) the day of my physical and recently read the special recommendations for women in the FAQ and reads that I should "avoid" scheduling the physical 5 days before or after my period. Should I try to cancel and re schedule? Problem is I will not be able to give a 24 hr period for cancelation and I also worry that might be a problem.

DodMerb Waiver Update
I know waivers can take some time, months even unfortunately. Should I be in contact with person assigned to me for any updates and where in the process it is at? My understanding medicals get uploaded to Dodmerb so the waiver authority can pull from there?

"Under DoDMERB Review"
I just created an account for DoDMERB yesterday, after USNA added my application and I entered the system. Currently, under status, it says "Under DoDMERB Review." What exactly should I do from here? I have not received any emails or correspondence of any kind. Should I just wait for now?

Sudden status change to does not meet medical standards
For the past couple weeks my status has been “awaiting waiver requested remedial response” and now it has changed to “does not meet medical standards”. There has not been a review of my file since May 24th. Does this mean my waiver is denied?

the dodmerb requested that i fill out a remedial, which i did immediately, i first mailed them a physical copy then a month later, because nothing updated i sent them a physical copy. well twenty days later and i still have not gotten any update on the page. NROTC MO Vision Requirements
Hey all,
I'm currently applying for the scholarship, but as I was reading around, I read some sources say that correction to 20/20 vision is medically disqualifying. My vision cannot correct to 20/20 in both eyes, as one is 20/10 (more than perfect) while the other is 20/100 uncorrected, which corrects to about 20/70. Am I still in the running?

I have used my username and password multiple times and multiple times a day to look for status. Now it doesn't recognize my username if I go to change my password (even though I know it). Thoughts???

My son is in process of applying to The Coast Guard Academy. He starting taking Accutane approximately 3 weeks ago and should be completely finished with the medication by January 2019. He is already seeing improvement and I would hate to take him off but I don't want this medication to cause problems during his medical evaluation. Would he be given a waiver that would be lifted once he shows proof he stopped the Accutane? I read that he would need to be off medicine at least 6...
