I recently was dq by DODMERB for high blood pressure. I attend one of the maritime academy's and was on track to become a Strategic Sealift Officer. My Lt applied for a waiver but his request was denied. After contacting a commander he found a way to appeal the denial of the waiver and to contest DODMERB. Has anyone had experience with this appeal process and is it usually successful?
