I was awarded a NROTC scholarship and have completed my medical examinations but I had psoriasis when I was 13 (has never comeback) so I’m anticipating a DQ. USC, UCLA, and UCB come out this week or next week and I plan on attending one of them if I get it in. My question is what if I’m not medically qualified by May 1st, I accept my admission then NROTC DQs me. I’m really relying on the money from NROTC to pay for the tuition. Could I pull out from the school? Also at what time do you have...
