Adenoids and Tubes in Ears

I had my adenoids taken out when I was 2 years old and I had tubes in my ears. That was 15 years ago, but the common DQ list shows middle ear surgery. Does having tubes once and your adenoids taken out DQ you if you have not had any problems in almost 15 years? Thanks!
