Hi! I have been DQ'ed with history with a head injury (concussion from sports), history of adjustment disorder, and eyesight greater than -8.00 diopters.
The problem is I was misdiagnosed with adjustment disorder, I never had it. Along with that, when I had my eyesight checked and it came out with -8.50 diopters, I thought it was really weird since in less than 4 months from my annual eye check up it went from -6.50 diopters to -8.50 which was really alarming.
