One of the things on the survey was

"Any bone or joint problem, injuries, surgery or medical treatment"

And I put yes because I have had shoulder joint problems as well as surgery to remove my tonsils.

Then another question on the survey was

"Had or been advised to have, operations?"

And I put yes again because I have had surgery to remove my tonsils(as stated earlier in the survey).

Then at the end of the survey, it asked me to explain in detail for all the things I put yes for. And...
