I'm not a BGO. But I am a USNA graduate. I also have two sons who graduated from USNA. I recently had a kid who is applying to USNA ask me, "How do you get scheduled for a DODMERB medical exam?"
Isn't that explained somewhere very clearly? Don't candidates get any guidance on this? Surely, there is an instruction within the CIS (Candidate Information System) that walks a candidate through it. I was amazed that he was so clueless about this. I didn't know what to tell him.
