AMI Issue

Hi all. I have sent my technician the requested AMI two weeks ago yesterday and a follow up email asking if she had received it a week ago and still have not heard back. I tried calling the number listed but it was just a voicemail saying that the phone cannot be accessed due to Covid 19 and stated the email that I have been trying to communicate with. Does anyone know who else I should try to send my AMI to? I really want my DODMERB process to continue ahead as soon as possible. Thank you...
