I have scheduled both my medical and my optometrist exams for next week. The lengthy questionnaire I filled out asked for what branch of service and purpose I was taking the exam for. I am applying to USAFA, USNA, and the AFROTC scholarship, but the form only allowed me to choose one so I picked USAFA. How can I ensure the other locations get my exam results as well?
