In my portal my DODMERB has been activated and I can now schedule it. However when I try to login the username is my SSN and it says for first time login use your last name. So, I type my SSN the way it specifies and type my last name and it says "Login Failed! Incorrect username & password combination" Below is what the screen is showing me.
