Is it possible to receive a waiver?

Hi all,

I was accepted for an NROTC scholarship, but I was medically disqualified for quite a number of medical conditions, including eczema, anxiety, depression, and, worst of all, suicidal ideation. I was wondering if anyone here has ever heard of someone receiving a waiver for these conditions, particularly suicidal ideation. I'm not asking for my chances for a waiver, I'm just wondering if it is even possible for me to receive one in this case.
