Does not meet medical standards

Hello all I hope you are doing well during these times,

I am currently a candidate for the Naval and Air Force Academy. I just checked my DoDMERB profile and under the Naval Academy medical status, it says "Under DoDMERB review" but under the Air Force Academy medical status, it says "Does not meet medical standards." I was wondering if anybody can be honest and tell me what this means.

First, are there two review boards that review my profile, one for the Naval Academy and one for the Air...
