Hello, I was diagnosed with a systolic murmur when I was 12 years old at a sports physical. I had an echocardiogram done that confirmed it a week after as well. I was told that it was mild and an innocent murmur. I was cleared to play contact sports and haven’t had any trouble. I haven’t had any medical treatment because of it.
