incorrect diagnosis --never part of medical history

I am trying to help one of my students figure out next steps following a medical DQ for a condition that she has never had. My understanding is that an incorrect diagnosis was issued at her dodmerb exam that has never been part of her medical history and she has never been treated in any way for this condition. This diagnosis lead to a medical disqualification despite a letter from her primary care physician stating that she has never had or been treated for said condition. Does this...
