DodMerb Disqualification

Hi Everyone,
Do my son was notified of a single disqualification today on the Dodmerb site. The code was D224.41...stress fractures. A few questions:

1. There is no remedial code for this. Does that mean that a waiver cannot be given for it?
2. If a waiver can be given, how is it initiated?
3. He is applying for the USNA. He passed the CFA, has his nomination and is complete for everything except Dodmerb. Will a waiver be initiated automatically for him since he is pretty far...
