Hello. I have been conditionally awarded a 4 year Army ROTC scholarship contingent upon me passing the DODMERB process. I have taken my exams and am waiting on the case results to be uploaded onto the DODMERB site. I am anticipating having at least one or two things that will require a waiver. My question is who decides whether or not to grant an individual a waiver? Is it the individual ROTC program at the school, or is there a larger authority that evaluates all waiver cases? Thank you.
