DodMERB Scheduling

I was awarded an Army ROTC Scholarship under the third selection board. I received my Winner's letter, but I haven't heard from DodMERB. Should I go to their website and schedule an appointment myself, or wait a little longer for a packet from them. I am nervous that if I wait too long, my DodMERB status will not be available in time to activate my scholarship.
