DoDMERB has requested my sons medical records from a cardiology appt that my son had and was diagnosed with an ectopic heartbeat (no physical limitations). The Cardiologist has a summary letter from the one time appointment that states why we were seen, what she did and what she diagnosed. Is this enough or do I need to actually request the actual records from the children’s hospital?
