DC had 3 yes answers - are they likely to trigger a remedial? If so I will get the medical records now.

Issue #1 - a broken wrist 4 years ago - fully healed, no residuals.

Issue #2 - a mild sprain of the Medial Collateral Ligament (knee) a little less than a year ago - wore a brace during athletics for 4 weeks - fully healed, no residuals, no use of brace since.

Issue #3 - hospitalized overnight for a breathing issue when 18 months old. No residual, no recurrence.
